Install location of voicebanks shoudlnt matter much afaik, some hardcoded things like studio one artist will only see the piapro editor for example though in its default directory i would say if this is some similar issue with voicebanks (any installer should be registering them to the vocaloid runtime) then maybe try installing them to whatever same directory structure of the one thats working (but not same directory of another vocaloid vb that is working), also i believe any.
